DECLARATION (घोषणा)
I declare that- (मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि-)
I have completed 18 years of age and above. (मैं 18 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण कर चुका/चुकी हूँ व उससे अधिक है।)
I accept the objectives of the Party as set out in Article 2 and the other articles set out in Form A and are taking membership in writing in Form A. (अनुच्छेद 2 में वर्णित पार्टी के उद्देश्यों को व अन्य अनुच्छेदों को जो फॉर्म ए में वर्णित है स्वीकार करता हूँ और फॉर्म ए में लिखित रूप से सदस्यता ग्रहण कर रहा हूँ।)
I am paying triennial membership fee of Rs. 11/- and ID card fee Rs 60/- (मैं त्रैवार्षिक सदस्यता शुल्क रु. 11/- व आई डी कार्ड शुल्क रू.60/- का भुगतान कर रहा/रही हूँ।)
I will not involve myself in any unethical or illegal activity. (मैं स्वयं को किसी अनैतिक या अवैध गतिविधि में शामिल नहीं करूँगा/करूँगी।)
I will not behave in a manner that brings bad name or disrepute to the party. (मैं ऐसा व्यवहार नहीं करूँगा/करूँगी जिससे पार्टी की छवि खराब या बदनामी हो।)
No Member shall undertake any activity which violates or is contrary to the purposes of the Party set out in this Constitution or which is contrary to the official policy of the Party. (If found, I will not oppose disciplinary action.) (कोई भी सदस्य ऐसी कोई गतिविधि नहीं करेगा जो इस संविधान में निर्धारित पार्टी के उद्देश्यों का उल्लंघन करती हो या उसके विपरीत हो या जो पार्टी की आधिकारिक नीति के विपरीत हो। (यदि पायी जाये तो अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही का विरोध नहीं करूँगा।)
As a member, I will not violate any rule made by the party nor disobey or conspire against any instructions given by it. (मैं सदस्य के रूप में पार्टी द्वारा बनाए गए किसी भी नियम का उल्लंघन नहीं करूँगा न ही उसके द्वारा दिए गए किसी भी निर्देश की अवज्ञा या षड़्यंत्र करूँगा।)
I will not involve myself in corrupt practices. (मै अपने आप को भ्रष्ट आचरण में शामिल नहीं करूँगा।)
I will not be a part of any organization which spreads enmity on the basis of religion or which promotes casteism or untouchability. (मैं ऐसे किसी भी संगठन का हिस्सा नहीं बनूँगा जो धर्म के आधार पर शत्रुता फैलाता हो या जो जातिवाद या छुआछूत को बढ़ावा देता हो।)
I will not exploit or abuse any woman. (मैं किसी भी महिला का शोषण या दुर्व्यवहार नहीं करूँगा।)
